Help us improve ictVoIP Billing by reporting bugs and issues you encounter during beta testing.

PLEASE STOP AND READ THIS FIRST!

If you are creating a report just to ask a question, you will likely get faster and better responses by emailing support@ictvoip.ca or checking our documentation.

If you think you have found a possible bug or are observing behavior you weren't expecting, please email us first to start a conversation about it before submitting a formal bug report.

If you are confident you have found a bug in ictVoIP Billing v1.4.0, please ensure you have:

  • Duplicated the issue on a fresh or clean test environment
  • Verified you are running the latest beta version
  • Gathered relevant log files and screenshots
  • Documented clear reproduction steps

Pre-Submission Checklist

  • Critical System crash, data loss, security issue
  • High Major feature broken, no workaround
  • Medium Feature impaired, workaround exists
  • Low Minor issue, cosmetic, enhancement

Bug Details
0 / 10 characters minimum Please provide at least 10 characters for the bug summary.
0 / 50 characters minimum Please provide at least 50 characters to describe the bug.
Provide numbered steps to reproduce the behavior. 0 / 30 characters minimum Please provide at least 30 characters for reproduction steps.

Include relevant entries from WHMCS Activity Log, PHP error log, or FusionPBX logs.
